My love for creating started at a very young age..The age of two. There was a video of me singing a made-up song and painting animals with strange, bright and vivid colors. The video shows me in my own little happy world. Smiling, singing and laughing while the rest of the room and siblings seemed to fade away.
That happy little girl still lives within me and the fantasy in creating still consumes my entire soul. The only difference is.. now I get to share the joy of my creations with others and get an abundance of reciprocated joy in return.
I love what I do and I truly feel blessed to be able to share my passion, joy and slight obsession with others.
I've been a strong entrepreneur since Middle School. Selling my artwork whenever I got the chance. I've always known I was going to be a professional artist. The question was never "when" as the answer would always be "right now." I graduated from Nossi College of Art at the top of my class in 2006, I distinctively remember my teacher asking me that I not steal his job after graduation. That gave me a good laugh, had I not been offered Art Director straight out of college..the thought might have crossed my mind.
In 2009 I made the decision to take my Art Career seriously and opened an online store for all of the local commissions I had been doing.. In 2013 I opened my first Art Gallery in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and in 2014 I had three successful locations in the panhandle. I was blessed to be able to not only display my artwork, but sell my artwork full time to sweet customers traveling from all over the world. My online store grew as my sweet travelers kept in touch.
This past year, in 2020 I have created and sold over 3,000 paintings and I am excited to announce I am now working on the publication of my very first book. A book about the trials of becoming a successful artist and my personal artistic journey in the business world.
I am so very thankful for all of my customers who share a love for my artwork and my passion and dedication to creating.
